We would like to welcome Mike Goss to his new role as project manager for Filament. Mike has been a long-standing member of the Filament support team and many of you will have met him at Authorcraft events where he has been looking after our technical logistics. He has also been managing our warehousing and fulfilment services. Mike has had extensive project management experience in a previous life when he was in charge of major technical installation projects and responsible for a huge team. His skill will be invaluable as he takes on the role of ‘Author Champion’ to shepherd each book through the stages of editorial, origination, production, pre-launch campaign and into market.
Mike will be one of the support team in your author project where you can contact him direct and ask questions. He will be working closely with production manager Zara Thatcher, publisher Chris day and all of the members of our creative team. Mike is also a talented photographer, sound engineer, and videographer. We welcome him to his new role.
